SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our shipping and delivery process is designed to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely and efficient manner. We work with reliable carriers to provide the best service possible. Will meet or deliver for local orders within 20 miles.
 

         ORDER TRACKING

I will let you know when your product has shipped and will give you the tracking information.

RETURNS
I do not accept returns- all transactions are final. Communication during the order making for custom orders is imperative to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. If something does not meet your standards, please communicate with me when I send pictures of custom orders.

DO NOT USE DISHWASHER OR LAUNDRY DRYER
My products are NOT dishwasher safe- Hand wash only.  For clothing, wash in cold water, air dry. Heat will fade and distort the image, and possibly damage product.
